What 20 somethings are saying about Make No Assumptions http://ow.ly/ap6q30dKsLh: “It like grown-up bedtime stories.” “You can read one three page story before falling asleep.” “We love “A Dozen Eggs and a Bottle of Bubbly”, we want to throw that party!”
To end your day with “once upon a time”. Doesn’t it make you sit up and listen, when the point of being read to at night is to lay down and sleep?
Today I’m working on a fairy-tale–a magical place in my mind.
There are no fairy-tales in our book “Make No Assumptions” but you’ll find its close relative: hero stories. In my (Glenda’s) story, “About Jack” unlike Jack from the beanstalk, my Jack has a friend in the wilderness in which he finds himself–an usual sort of companion, Great Bear.
In Janie’s “Alberto” hero story, a young man grows up in a foreign land and but for the help of a solitary friend would disappear in the city jungle madness.
